What does this mean?
Other radio amateurs around the world sometimes decide to post on a “DX Cluster” website when they hear a “DX” (far away) amateur radio station.
The first column shows the receiving station (the station that posted the reception report). Other columns are for the frequency, observations (comments) and the time/date (in UTC).
