How to ensure you receive email notifications

There are a few things you can do to increase the odds of your NZ Net News notifications reaching your email inbox, rather than being rejected or quarantined by an overzealous spam filter. These actions will help to “teach” your email software that NZ Net News is not spam.

1. The first thing you should try is to add the following address to your email contacts list.

2. If you find a message from NZ Net News in your Spam folder, drag it to your inbox.

3. If you are using Gmail, the email from NZ Net News may have gone into the Promotions tab (see image below). You can simply click and drag the message into your Primary tab. It will then ask if you would like to save this preference for future emails from NZ Net News. Select Yes!
